Two Weeks in: 50% compliance

Dear Erie Otters Players,

It has been several weeks since we tested the initial group of players, so far I have only seen less than half of you send in reporting sheets.

After Management left from our last meeting I went over with you what you were supposed to do. We discussed taking responsibility, we discussed taking initiative. Leadership is "practiced" first, "earned" second and "handed-over" last...

Gentlemen have you forgotten that the draft was just this weekend? At every draft of every league of every sport there is one constant - nothing is constant. Deals are born at drafts, decisions are started at drafts. You have to ask yourself, have you been doing your part to make the Erie Otters better this September? for 50% of you I can already answer that.

I have set up this blog for you guys, use it, check in weekly, provide information to players who may be asking questions about exercises or choices that you know the answer to. Take some initiative, try to figure things for yourself, and try to help each other.

No excuses. If you are reading this, you got here, if you got here, mark it in your bookmark list, if you want to write something on "the board" go to the bottom of the posted message and hit the "comment" button. Add your comment or question or concern, and be sure to leave your name, your proper name.

I will be moderating regularly as well as other members of the coaching and management staff. Earn this.
